We've been in the vacation property rental business for years and have found a new way to meet the needs of Hilton Head property owners and Professional Property Managers. We have been successful in renting our properties directly to visitors - and we have streamlined some of the challenges of working with traditional property management companies for both the guest and the property managers. From our experience and success to date we've put together an arrangement that works for everyone.
We work on a non-exclusive basis, and property owners have the right to terminate our working relationship at any time. There are no restrictive contracts. We take professional photographs of of each home, build a custom web listing, aggressively market the properties and respond to guests inquiries. We do all this for a commission that’s far less than those of full service property management companies.
